1. Innovations in Development and Empowerment Alternatives (IDEA) | New Delhi
   Development Consultant – IDEA | July 2021 -April 2022, May 2024- Present
   • An innovative project to empower the rural SHG women in business promotion through digital literacy at Karahal Sheopur by entering into MOU with Shakti Shankul (CLF) MPSRLM.
   • The project was undertaken to capacitate SHG women entrepreneurs through digital literacy Merabills in strengthening their business development efforts.
   • The database for the project was the stock of 2000 entrepreneurs supported by MPSRLM under their ‘startup village entrepreneurship program’ (SVEP) initiative.
   • The project sensitized about 1000 entrepreneurs through 30 training programs over three months. More than half of the trainees were from the scheduled tribe category.
   • A similar initiative was undertaken for the micro entrepreneurs in urban slum areas of Ludhiana, Punjab for about 300 entrepreneurs, with the CSR support from Vardhman Special Steels Limited (VSSL).
   • These microentrepreneurs were affiliated to National Urban Livelihood Mission (NULM).
   • The project also envisaged the support to these emerging micro enterprises for their health, personal hygiene, sanitation, social empowerment, environmental protection, education for their children, etc.
   • Completed the grading of 251 SHGs implemented by ACCESS Development Services in June 2025, in collaboration with the IDEA team.
   • Developed training modules for project proposal writing on the subjects of :
     • Training series -1 – Development Organizations
     • Training series -2 – Concept of Project, Proposal and Procurement
     • Training series -3 – Drafting of Technical and Financial Components of the Project Proposal.

2. Friends Capital Services Limited (NBFC) | New Delhi

• Business Data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Manage company website (friendscapital.in) sourcing data, preparation of content and updation on the website, preparation of content for social media (LinkedIn and Facebook) sites.

3. Bhartiya Samruddhi Investments and Consulting Services Limited | Varanasi, UP
   Team Leader – World Bank funded U.P. Pro-Poor Tourism Development Project, Implemented by Government of UP. | May 2022 – March 2024

• Conducted baseline survey of 1,060 households including 954 artisans in Sarnath, Varanasi, UP.
• Selection of the project beneficiaries was undertaken through PRA process in 5 villages in Sarnath. Worked with artisans on 5 different crafts like Beads, Zari , Gulabi meenakari, Wooden toys and Clay craft.
• Facilitated formation of 72 women’s Self-Help Groups with 775 members.
• Trained 319 vendors across Budha Circuit, Sarnath on behavioral change, financial literacy and also organized ‘buyers and sellers’ meet for them.
• Trained the project artisans on SHG group dynamics and business development.
• The intervention resulted in income enhancement of local rural 685 artisans by 25%.
• Submission of project reports to World Bank and State Government.
• Prepared base line report, managed MIS, as well as the impact evaluation report.

4. Shivansh Gramin Vikas Samiti | Nainital, Uttarakhand
   Secretary – Health Project | October 2021 – April 2022

• Conducted essential health camps for 30 SHGs beefing 360 members in Bhimtal Block, Nainitial.
• Facilitated vocational training for 227 SHG members in production of mask during the corona Period.
• Supported 117 SHG artisans with market linkages.

• Implemented Ambedkar Hateship Vikas Yojana scheme (AHVY) of Ministry of textile, GOI, benefiting 500 artisans.
• Conducted baseline survey, data analysis and selection of artisans.
• Conducted 3 disaster management training for 41 Youth and Mahila Mangal Dal members of Dhari Block Nainital under the sponsorship of Uttarakhand State Government.

• Selection of village level entrepreneurs (VLE) of water irrigation in Gaya, Bihar.
• Developed network of 228 solar entrepreneurs to facilitate to market solar products.
• Facilitated installation of solar water pumps benefiting 6 farmer entrepreneurs.
• Coordinated sale of 2,779 solar lanterns through various B2B & B2C distribution channels.

6. Indian Grameen Services (IGS), BASIX | New Delhi
   Manager – IDS & Livelihood Services | January 2012 – May 2015

• Data compilation for formation of FPOs across 15 states with ‘Small Farmers Agribusiness Consortium’ (SFAC).
• Facilitated formed 1,000 SHGs for cluster level federation under Banking on Change project in Mangolpuri, Delhi and mmobilized 10,000 women for federation membership.
• Data compilation for solar energy project covering 700 village communities across 6 states.

7. BACTS-BASIX Consulting and Training Ltd. | New Delhi
   Consultant – Banking on Change Project | May 2011 – January 2012

• Conducted baseline surveys and trained 16 field staff of Banking on Change Project with coordination with Plan India, Baliga Trust and Barclay Bank.
• Developed 8 training modules on SHG dynamics.
• Mobilized, trained and strengthen 10,000 women beneficiaries on group dynamics.
• Developed training modules for financial literacy and cluster development and conducted TOT for the staff and SHG leaders on the subject.

• Developed course material for 1 year Diploma & 6 months Certificate course in Micro Finance for distance education.
• Implemented SMFE project benefiting tribal and forest communities of Pilibhit, UP. Formed 30 SHGs comprises with various artisans. linked them with Ministry of Handicraft,  GOI, provided artisan cards and training on bamboo crafts.
• Trained 30 women SHG’s 250 women artisans on bamboo craft. Worked on market linkage.
